RPCO3 BAGS AWARDS AT THE DA-PRDP NORTH LUZON GENERAL ASSEMBLY

CLARK, Freeport Zone – The Regional Project Coordination Office (RPCO 3) of the Department of Agriculture – Philippine Rural Development Project (DA-PRDP) nabbed the Most Efficient Region in terms of Monitoring and Evaluation in the North Luzon Cluster (2019).

RPCO 3 Project Director Dr. Eduardo L. Lapuz Jr. together with Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Unit Head June H. Lacasandile, M&E Officers Cristina Domenden and Alvin Mariano received the award at the recently concluded Project Support Office (PSO) – RPCO General Assembly of P/M/CCPMIU held on January 29-31 at Xenia Hotel, here.

The award is based on the performance rating of regions in terms of updating evaluation reports and up-to-date information charted on the Management Information System (MIS).

Also, RPCO 3 was awarded as the Most Productive Region in North Luzon in I-REAP Subprojects Generation (2019).

Joining Project Director Dr. Lapuz are RPCO 3 Action Officer Gil G. David together with Enterprise Development Marketing Specialist (EDMS) Maricel Dullas and Business Development Officers (BDO) Carissa Padilla-Cabubus and Maia Melanio Pabuayon received the award.

The general assembly likewise recognized outstanding I-BUILD subprojects to acknowledge developments that raise the bar in infrastructure project.

Among the finalists for the Most Outstanding I-BUILD Subprojects are the Improvement of Capaoayan- Banaoang- Ablang Sapang Farm-to-Market Road (Tarlac) under the supervision of Engr. Jun Clinton Gonzales (Operations & Maintenance Category), New Construction of San Antonio -Parang – Saysain Farm to Market Road (Bataan) under Engr. Romel Tiangco (Farm-to-Market Road Category) and the Construction of Ampalaya Packing House (Bulacan) supervised by Engr. Lester Bacual (Civil Work Category).

Moreover, recognition was awarded to Pulung Buli Multi-Purpose Cooperative (Sto. Domingo Onion Enterprise – Consolidation And Marketing) as the Best I-Reap Subproject In Terms Of Enterprise Operations In Central Luzon, Bataan as the Top Performing Province in terms of the Cumulative Financial Progress in IREAP and Palayan City, Nueva Ecija as the Most efficient LGU in North Luzon in terms of IBUILD Disbursement (2019)
