Itbayat, Batanes – Having concluded the Subproject Appraisal and Review (SPAR) on the proposed civil works of Garlic Seed Production and Marketing Enterprise, Engr. Edmund Banzali, RPCO 2 Roads and Bridges Specialist; Engr. Jerson Reyes, Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA) Batanes; Engrs. Jayson Tee, Alwyn Balbas, and Beverly Tamayao finalized the detailed engineering design (DED) and program of works (POW), effecting rectifications.

Engr. Alwyn Balbas finalized the SES compliances while Engr. Beverly Tamayao, GGU GIS Officer took charge on the kmz files.

The RPCO2 Team said they will see to it that all compliances will be finished as earlier planned.

Garlic Seed, Wakay and Beef Cattle Production and Marketing Enterprises are three I-REAP subprojects in the island- province of Batanes.

Accompanied by the officers of Batanes Provincial Project Management and Implementing Unit (PPMIU) and staff from the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist, Banzali’s team also surveyed and appraised the proposed site for the Beef Cattle Production and Marketing Enterprise in Ivana, Batanes. (Dr. Ferdinand N.
