Northern Mindanao (Region 10) currently has P3 billion in its overall portfolio.

These include 50 subprojects under the IBUILD component worth P2.901 billion and now being implemented in the four provinces in the region.

The IBUILD enterprise is composed of 37 farm-to-market roads, three (3) FMR with bridge, one (1) Potable Water Supply Level II, and nine (9) other infrastructure support.

Recent report shows that there are 16 completed IBUILD subprojects worth P483 million; 13 SPs worth P 1,059 billion are already 50% and above progress; four (4) SPs are still under 50% and below progress worth P248 million; one (1) SP with No Objection Letter 2 issuance worth P55 million; eight (8) SPs are with NOL 1 worth P468 million; five (5) SPs are RPAB approved worth P294 million; and three (3) SP under preparation worth P293 million.
The enterprise component of Region 10 includes a total of 38 subprojects worth P 99.48 million. This cover 21 completed subprojects worth P29 million; six (6) SPs worth P47.31 million with No Objection Letter (NOL)1; one (1) SP with less than 50% progress worth P8.18 million; one (1) SP for endorsement for NOL 1 issuance worth P4.25 million; and one (1) SP under BP preparation worth P10.74 million.
