The Department of Agriculture – Philippine Rural Development Project (DA-PRDP) Project Support Office (PSO) South Luzon recognized the notable performance and commendable delivery of service of the Regional Project Coordination Offices (RPCOs) for 2022 during the PSO-RPCO Coordination Meeting and Planning Workshop on March 15-17, 2023 in Tagaytay City.

During the awarding, the RPCO Bicol bagged 14 awards, including the Best Overall Performance award, followed by the RPCOs MIMAROPA and CALBARZON, with nine and eight awards, respectively.

The ceremony was held to acknowledge the exceptional achievements and efforts made by the RPCOs that contributed to the Project in attaining its overall development objectives.

In his message, NPCO and PSO South Luzon Deputy Project Director Shandy M. Hubilla urged everyone to continue working to reach the cluster’s target, especially in financial disbursements, as the Project is now gearing up for PRDP Scale Up.

The RPCOs remain steadfast in creating more opportunities for its project beneficiaries, promoting rural development, uplifting the agriculture and fisheries sector, and strengthening food security.
