Earthworks have recently started for the rehabilitation and concreting of the 8.15-kilometer San Placido–Muñoz West–Sinamar farm-to-market road (FMR) in Roxas, Isabela, dubbed as the Philippines’ Pinakbet Capital. The P84.22 million-worth FMR subproject implemented under the Department of Agriculture’s Philippine Rural Development Project (DA-PRDP) will benefit at least 2,000 households engaged in dairy, rice and vegetable production.
