Physical accomplishment and progress billing are two important aspects of subproject implementation. Actual physical accomplishment is a stepping stone for progress billing.

“The Regional Project Coordination Office 2 sees to it that timelines are being followed, quality of subproject is ensured and fund disbursement is on time,” DA RFO 2 Regional Executive Director and PRDP Regional Director Narciso A. Edillo said.

“The team will visit and inspect the different subprojects and assist in the preparation of billing documents to improve disbursement.”

Gamis-Calaocan farm-to-market road (FMR) in Cabarroguis, Quirino has registered 85.093% actual physical accomplishment and documents are being prepared for its first progress billing.

Likewise, the warehouse for Tilapia Production and Marketing Enterprise at Barangay Planas, Ramon, Isabela reached 80% accomplishment. The mungbean warehouse at barangay Canan, Cabatuan, Isabela has also registered an actual physical accomplishment of 80% and it is ready for progress billing.

Timpuyog small water impounding project (SWIP) at Quirino, Isabela which was started recently has 22.86% accomplishment while San Jose SWIP at Jones has 27.33% work accomplished.

The team is composed of Engr. Dennis Flores, Roads and Bridges Specialist; Mr. Jay Herrera, GGU; and EnP. Peter Gonzales from PSO and Engr. Norman Romero, Engr. Darril Tagufa, Engr. Ulysses Viernes and Engr. Beverly Tamayao from the Regional Project Coordination Office 2 (RPCO 2).

Meanwhile, Engr. Edmund Bert Banzali, RPCO 2 Roads and Bridges Specialist together with Mr. Alwyn Balbas, SES, and Engr. Emilio Andres, RPCO 2 Economist revalidated the site and assisted in the finalization of detailed engineering design (DED), program of works (POW), Feasibility Study (FS) and Social and Environmental Safeguards (SES) documents of Digumased-Ayod FMR proposed by LGU Dinapigue, Isabela. (Dr. Ferdinand N.
