PRDP Mindanao Cluster’s I-REAP component conducted the first session of its “2nd Quarter Assessment and Planning Workshop” on June 6, 2021.

Today’s online activity focused on the on-going subprojects under the original loan for each Regional Project Coordination Office (RPCO).

With the upcoming AF2-EU grant next year, the I-REAP component is working double time to fast-track the completion of 54 on-going enterprise subprojects under the original loan in order to move forward and focus on the new subprojects which will begin next year.

PSO Mindanao I-REAP Component Head Ronnie John Yulo presented the overall physical and financial performance of the Mindanao Cluster, while I-REAP Enterprise Development Marketing Specialist Don Sulpicio Untal presented the disbursement rate of the Cluster as of June 2021

Each RPCO also shared the status of each on-going subproject with corresponding date of completion.  

In his message, PSO Mindanao Deputy Project Director Noel T. Provido said that in these trying times PRDP must continue its activity while ensuring the safety of everyone in the field because PRDP has many deliverables and many partners waiting for the project to be implemented.

Present during the activity were the heads and representatives from the I-REAP, I-BUILD, I-PLAN, Finance, and Procurement Unit of PSO and six RPCOs.

On July 8, 2021, the I-REAP component will tackle the sustainability part of the completed subprojects and next week will be on the AF2- EU. (Joy M. Montecalvo |PSO Min)
