Monitoring and Evaluation Unit 3rd Quarter Coordination Meeting
The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Unit of the the PRDP conducts its 3rd Quarter Coordination Meeting at the Bohol Plaza Resort and Restaurant in Panglao Island, Bohol. The meeting is attended by M&E personnel from the National Project Coordination Office (NPCO), island cluster Project Support Offices (PSOs) and Regional Project Coordination Offices (RCPOs).
The activity aims to provide the M&E units of the NPCO, PSOs and RCPOs a venue for collective discussion on the Project’s M&E uptake and challenges, enabling them to identify measures to maximize strengths and opportunities, and address bottlenecks in M&E implementation.
The group likewise tackles how to translate M&E data into information relevant to project management and useful for the PRDP’s communication, education and advocacy work. The units also discuss the functions and deployment of the web-based M&E system, the beta version of which will be made available early next year.
