RPCO 1, PPMIUs and MPMIUs gather in Kultura Splash Wave, Pugo, La Union on February 17-19, 2016 for a three-day training-workshop on Enhanced Economic and Financial Analysis (EFA) and Subproject Proposal Preparation.

Recognizing the long process that subprojects need to undergo prior to approval, RPCO 1 initiated this training-workshop to guide PPMIUs and MPMIUs in proposal preparation and correct common mistakes in computations of economic analysis.

Project Support Office (PSO) Luzon A Economist James Sabio delivered lectures and facilitated workshops on Financial Analysis Guidelines and Enhanced Template, Application of EFA and revised subproject outlines.

The training-workshop is also attended by local government units, which are interested in proposing subprojects under the Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) in Ilocos Region. (Ilocos InfoACE)
