The IPLAN Component of the Department of Agriculture Philippine Rural Development Project (DA PRDP) Coordination Office 2 spearheaded the harmonization meeting and commodity Investment Plan Updating Workshop at the DA CVRC, Baligatan, City of Ilagan, April 26-28, 2023. 

The representatives of the Provincial and City Project Management and Implementing Units of Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Santiago City, and Batanes will undergo a series of workshops to align the plans and timeline with the upcoming implementation of the DA PRDP scale-up. 

It will also serve as an avenue to beef up the engagement of the PPMIU and PCPT in strengthening the implementation of the PCI, not only to avail

PRDP sub-projects but also as leverage to avail projects thru other National Government Agencies and the private sector. In addition, the participants are expected to bring out issues and concerns affecting the project implementation and generate recommendations and strategies for addressing such issues and concerns.
