Alcala, Defensor sign PRDP MOA for Iloilo

Agriculture Secretary Proceso J. Alcala and Iloilo Governor Arthur D. Defensor, Sr. signed the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the implementations of Philippine Rural Development Program (PRDP) during the turn-over of Department of Agriculture (DA) projects to farmers of Brgy. Nueva Invencion, Barotac Viejo on May 8.
This was witnessed by the Senate President Franklin M. Drilon, World Bank representative Carol Geron, Iloilo 5th district representative Niel C. Tupas, Jr., 2nd district representative Arcadio Gorriceta, Barotac Viejo mayor Niel C. Tupas III and DA Regional Executive Director Larry P. Nacionales.
