During the meeting, Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Regional Dir. Homer Tobias recommended for the adoption of a Sustainability Plan for all the stand-alone subprojects. He said that the sustainability plan will be crucial in the long-term operation and maintenance of the subprojects.

After the subprojects’ RPAB approval, they will again be subjected to the review and evaluation of the Project Support Office (PSO) for the issuance of the No Objection Letter 1 (NOL 1). (Ilocos InfoACE)
