As part of the South Luzon World Bank Review Mission, the team visited pilot projects in Pasacao, Camarines Sur and Libon, Albay. The cluster has a total of P2.87 billion allotment for infrastructure development and P59.78 million for enterprise development sub-projects for 2014 alone. The kick off program was attended by Albay Gov. Joey Salceda, Camarines Sur Gov. Miguel Villafuerte, Camarines Norte Gov. Edgardo Tallado.
