The Department of Agriculture – Philippine Rural Development Project (DA-PRDP) Project Support Office (PSO) South Luzon lauded the outstanding performance and commendable delivery of service of the Regional Project Coordination Offices (RPCOs) for 2023 during the PSO-RPCO Year-End Assessment on December 5-6, 2023 in Nasugbu, Batangas.

RPCO Bicol took the spotlight during the awards ceremony, securing an impressive eight awards including the Best Overall Performance award, followed by the RPCOs CALABARZON and MIMAROPA, with six and five awards, respectively.

The undertaking served as a venue to acknowledge the remarkable accomplishments and contributions of the RPCOs in attaining the Project’s overall development objectives.

Addressing the participants, PRDP PSO South Luzon Project Director Milo Delos Reyes not only urged continued dedication but also emphasized the role of “proper communication” in aligning efforts toward the cluster’s goals.

The RPCOs remain steadfast in creating more opportunities for its project beneficiaries, promoting rural development, uplifting the agriculture and fisheries sector, and strengthening food security.
