Bidders are invited to participate in the public Bidding for the sale of various used vehicle Tires and Batteries, unserviceable Motor vehicle and ICT Bidders are invited Equipment to be conducted at DA-PRDP Project Support Office, Alvarez Building, Angliongto Sr. Ave., Lanang, Davao City on October 21, 2022 (Friday) at 2:00-5:00 pm.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Sale of above Items will be as Lot or an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis only.
2. Government officials/employees are banned from participating herein.
3. Bidders are presumed to have seen and inspected said items at DA-PRDP PSO, Angliongto  Sr. Ave., Mamay Road. Lanang, Davao City.
4. Cash equivalent to ten percent (10%) at the offer as bidder’s bond shall be deposited to DA-PRDP PSO, and will be refunded immediately after the bidding. The Winning bidder’s bond shall be forfeited if he fails to pay his full offer within five (5) days upon received of the Letter of Award. Then, the award will be given to  the second highest bidder, provided he will pay the equivalent of the highest offer.
5. In case of a tie a re-bid will be conducted immediately to break it unless the other party waives in writing.
