PPMU undergoes orientation on PRDP process flow
SULTAN KUDARAT – The Philippine Rural Development Project- Regional Project Coordination Office-BARMM conducts orientation on the PRDP process and flow for the Provincial Project Management and Implementation Unit of Maguindanao on August 31 at Carlitos Hotel, Isulan.
The activity aims to provide clear visions of the project’s guidelines and provisions through the presentation of processes of the four components of PRDP.
In his opening remarks, PSO Mindanao Deputy Project Director Noel T. Provido thanked the RPCO-BARMM for hosting the orientation. He also expresses his full support to fast-track the implementation of the ongoing and new issuance of NOL-1 subprojects in BARMM.
“We want to look at the completion of the SubProjects in such a way that we want to know what are the things need to be done, and what are the obstacles so it could lead us to a smooth implementation of the subprojects,” DPD Provido said.
Meanwhile, RPCO-BARMM Deputy Project Director Ammal D. Solaiman, JD, expresses her gratitude to the PSO-Min for showing their full support in implementing the SPs.
Presented during the Activity are the PRDP Components processes, including I-PLAN, I-BUILD, I-REAP, and I-SUPPORT by PSO I-PLAN Specialist Elden Karl Requelme, RPCO-BARMM I-BUILD Specialist Engr. Michael Anggol, PSO Business Development Officer Engr. Brenda Dimas.
Discussion and Clarification on the issues and concerns relating to the completion of the ongoing SPs and the new rules and guidelines on the AF2 EU Co-Financing were also done during the activity.
Moreover, the Provincial Administrator of Maguindanao Atty. Cyrus E. Torreña commits to doinging what they can for the success of the projects and the people of Maguindanao.
