- Copy of the Bid Form is attached to this notice. Bids must be marked with the name of the contract and the Solicitation No. PRDP-IR-R04B-OCM-002-MAG-001-2021. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope through hand carried or mailed to the PG official address below:

- All entries must be typewritten or hand-written legibly. Bid Form shall be submitted together with the following documents:
- Valid Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) License
- Copy of one completed contract similar to the contract being procured equivalent to 50% of the EPC for the last five years
- List of construction key personnel required for the contract, and
- List of pledged equipment required for the contract as reflected in the RFQ
- Quotations must be submitted on or before July 01, 2022 at 10:00AM.
- A pre-bidding conference shall be conducted on lune 28, 2022 at 10:00AM at the Genaro ARB MPC Conference Room, Sitio Fernandez, Poblacion, Magsavsav, Occidental Mindoro where interested suppliers may join.
- The procurement procedures will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the World Bank Procurement Guidelines and taking into consideration the related provisions in the Project Loan Agreement and Guidelines in the Procurement under the IBRD loans and IDA credits.
- The Genaro ARB Multi-Purpose Cooperative reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation and to annul the procurement process or reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
