PRDP PSO, RPCO 3 LEAD INSPECTION OF FMR IN LLANERA

Llanera, NUEVA ECIJA – The Philippine Rural Development Project – Project Support Office (PRDP- PSO) together with the Regional Project Coordination Office (RPCO 3) led the 3rd joint inspection of the San Felipe-San Nicolas via A. Bonifacio Norte Farm-to-Market Road (FMR) on October 22, 2019, here.

Joining the Joint Inspectorate Team (JIT) are the Provincial Project Management and Implementing Unit (PPMIU) of Nueva Ecija.

In a brief interview, Rural Infrastructure Engineer Lester Bacual stated that the FMR has attained a 40.80% physical accomplishment at present.

Also, the FMR had 14.72% billable for the 3rd progress billing which equates to a total of P7.55 million, Engr. Bacual added.

The construction of the FMR serves to enhance substandard gravel road for safe and economical access that will support agricultural production likewise alleviating the living condition of the farmer-beneficiaries.

The subproject is seen to support onion, vegetables and palay trading within the area upon its completion next year. (Ma. Reina Len Luna, RPCO3 InfoACE)
