Engr. Josie Jean Rabanoz of Davao del Norte has experienced ease in delivering the services to the community when safeguards on people and environment are emphasized  from the very beginning.

“We don’t have a lot of grievance concerns. It only shows that proper consultation were conducted and the people themselves understood the process of the project implementation,” Rabanoz said.

“We did not even receive the usual complaints like claims on road right of way, displaced individuals or households and affected crops,” she added.
