DA-PRDP 10 Briefs Claveria, El Salvador LGUs for PRDP Scale-Up

DA-PRDP 10 BRIEFTS CLAVERIA, EL SALVADOR LGUS FOR PRDP SCALE-UP | CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY- To prepare interested Local Government Units (LGUs) for the Philippine Rural Development Project Scale-up, an orientation was conducted for LGUs Claveria and El Salvador City on February 27, 2023.
Representatives from the I-PLAN, I-REAP, I-BUILD and I-SUPPORT components presented the new guidelines for the implementation of the project.
Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office 10 OIC – Regional Executive Director and DA-PRDP 10 Project Director Carlene C. Collado encouraged the interested proponents to submit their proposals. Collado offered their assistance in complying with World Bank requirements for consideration of pipeline projects to be funded under PRDP.
LGU Claveria plans to propose a Potable Water System while LGU El Salvador eyes farm-to-market subprojects for their proposals.
Present in the orientation were the representatives from the planning, engineering and agriculture offices of LGU Claveria, headed by Mayor Meraluna S. Abgrogar as well as the representatives from the agriculture and engineering offices of LGU El Salvador. # (IAgawin | RPCO 10)
