BETTER ROAD with FMR

Better road will soon help farmers market their produce faster with better quality in Magsaysay, Davao del Sur.
This came after, DA-PRDP groundbreaks the Farm to Market Road subproject in Barangay Bacungan, Dalumay, Malawanit and Glamang in Magsaysay Davao del Sur.
The P174.7M FMR has a length of 8.81 km is funded under DA-PRDP with assistance from the World Bank- European Union Co-financing.
PRDP Project Director Abel James I. Monteagudo commended the Municipal Local Government Unit of Magsaysay Davao del Sur for their active performance in complying with all the eligibility documents prescribed by the PRDP projects in close coordination with the PSO and RPCO I-Build component.
Through this economic development aspects this will help the farmers and residents improve the transport system, reduce post-harvest losses in transporting agricultural products, lesser travel time, easier access to homes and farms.
