1. The Government of the Philippines has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of the Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payment for the cost of the Technical Assistance (TA).
2. The DA PRDP-PSO Visayas I-REAP Component, hereunder referred to as the End User, now requests interested suppliers to submit Quotation of Prices for the Procurement of Food, Venue and Accommodation for the participants during the Joint Technical Review for the proposed Subproject: Negros Oriental Cassava Production, Consolidation, Processing and Marketing Enterprise on July 29-31, 2025 in Negros Occidental.

The DA PRDP PSO-VISAYAS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid/quotation, to annul the bidding/quotation process, and to reject all bids/quotation at any time prior to contract/P.O. award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/supplier or bidders/suppliers.
