1. The Government of the Philippines has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of the Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payment for the cost of the Technical Assistance (TA).
2. The DA PRDP-PSO Visayas I-REAP and I-SUPPORT Component, hereunder referred to as the End Users, now requests interested suppliers to submit Quotation of Prices for Procurement of Wing Van Rental Services for the Transfer of DA-PRDP PSO Visayas Office Supplies, Documents, Equipment, and Furnitures from current Office in Iloilo City to new Office in Bacolod City.

From Point-A
-DA-PRDP PSO Visayas current Office, at 2nd Floor, Iloilo Sports Complex, Magsaysay Village, Lapaz, Iloilo City
To Point-B
-DA-PRDP PSO Visayas new Office, at 3rd Floor, LKC Building, Locsin St., Barangay 9, Bacolod City
Terms and Conditions:
Quoted price shall include the following:
-Rental for 2 units 32-footer, 10-Wheeler Wing Vans
-A Driver for each Van
-At least 3 Helpers for each Van to take charge of loading and unloading of the items from Point-A to Point-B
-Fuel for the Vans
-Port and Roro Boat Fees for the Vans and persons
-Responsible for the safe transport of the above items from Point-A to Point-B

3. Quotation of Prices must be “SEALED” and delivered at the address below not later than 8:00 A.M. of May 20, 2026.

4. Quotation of Prices can also be emailed at psoprocurementvisayas2020@gmail.com not later than 8:00 A.M. of May 20, 2026. Only quotation proposals sent thru official email address will be accepted.
The DA PRDP PSO-VISAYAS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid/quotation, to annul the bidding/quotation process, and to reject all bids/quotation at any time prior to contract/P.O. award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/supplier or bidders/suppliers.
