1. The Government of the Philippines has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of the Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payment for the cost of the Technical Assistance (TA).
2. The DA PRDP-PSO Visayas I-BUILD Component, hereunder referred to as the End User, now requests interested suppliers to submit Quotation of Prices for Procurement of Food, Venue, and Accommodation for the participants during the I-BUILD PSO Visayas Cluster Training on Contract Management and Supervision Skills Enhancement CY 2026 on June 15-19, 2026 in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.
Day 1 (June 15, 2026)

Meal: Three dishes (chicken, pork, beef or any seafood), rice, dessert and drinks
Snacks: Pasta/Bihon Guisado/Lomi with Bread/Siopao and either juice or softdrinks
Hotel Room-Triple Sharing (individual beds), Twin Sharing (individual beds) for 3 days and 2 nights
Includes the following:
*Use of Function and Conference rooms with complete amenities;
*Free flowing brewed coffee, sufficient supply of chocolate drinks, tea and purified drinking water during conference;
*Free use of resort, waterpark, and leisure facilities (if available);

The DA PRDP PSO-VISAYAS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid/quotation, to annul the bidding/quotation process, and to reject all bids/quotation at any time prior to contract/P.O. award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/supplier or bidders/suppliers.
