1. The Government of the Philippines has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of the Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payment for the cost of the Technical Assistance (TA).

2. The DA PRDP-PSO Visayas I-REAP Component, hereunder referred to as the End User, now requests interested suppliers to submit Quotation of Prices for Procurement of Food, Venue, and Accommodation for the participants during the Capacity Building Training on Enterprise Operations for the FCAs and LGUs – HACCP Writeshop Part I on December 3-5, 2025, in Negros Occidental, Negros Island Region.

3. Quotation of Prices must be “SEALED” and delivered at the address below not later than 8:00 A.M. of November 24, 2025.

4. Quotation of Prices can also be emailed at psoprocurementvisayas2020@gmail.com not later than 8:00 A.M. of November 24, 2025. Only quotation proposals sent thru official email address will be accepted.

The DA PRDP PSO-VISAYAS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid/quotation, to annul the bidding/quotation process, and to reject all bids/quotation at any time prior to contract/P.O. award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/supplier or bidders/suppliers.
