1. The Government of the Philippines has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of the Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payment for the cost of the Technical Assistance (TA).

2. The DA PRDP-PSO Visayas Administrative Unit, hereunder referred to as the End User, now requests interested suppliers to submit Quotation of Prices for Procurement of Food, Venue and Accommodation during the conduct of Year End Assessment on December 9-12, 2025 outside Iloilo City Province of Iloilo.

3. Quotation of Prices must be “SEALED” and delivered at the address below not later than 8:00 A.M. of November 26, 2025.

4. Quotation of Prices can also be emailed at psoprocurementvisayas2020@gmail.com not later than 8:00 A.M. of November 26, 2025. Only quotation proposals sent thru official email address will be accepted.

The DA PRDP PSO-VISAYAS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid/quotation, to annul the bidding/quotation process, and to reject all bids/quotation at any time prior to contract/P.O. award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/supplier or bidders/suppliers.

5. Please take note to attach the following supporting documents (photocopy is acceptable) when you pass/email your Quotation of Prices:

*PhilGEPS Registration Certificate
*Certificate of Registration (BIR Tin)
*Duly filled up and notarized Affidavit of Bidder (pls. see attached in “Associated Components” link)
