1. The Government of the Philippines has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of the Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payment for the cost of the Technical Assistance (TA).
2. The DA PRDP-PSO Visayas I-REAP Component, hereunder referred to as the End User, now requests interested suppliers to submit Quotation of Prices for Procurement of various equipment, materials, collaterals, and labor for installing and setting up the booth during the Participation in the 18th Negros Island Organic Farmers Festival on November 18-23, 2025 in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Materials, equipment, supplies, and collaterals to be delivered at DA PRDP PSO Visayas Office, Iloilo City.
2. Installation and setting up of the booth will be done on-site at the Capitol Ground, Bacolod City.

The DA PRDP PSO-VISAYAS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid/quotation, to annul the bidding/quotation process, and to reject all bids/quotation at any time prior to contract/P.O. award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/supplier or bidders/suppliers.
