Terms and Conditions:
– Equipment must meet or exceed all stated technical specifications (processor speed, RAM, storage, display resolution, GPU, connectivity ports, etc.).
– All hardware must be 100% brand new, authentic, unused, and in current production (no end-of-life, refurbished, or gray-market units).
-Devices requiring operating systems must come with pre-installed, genuine, and factory-activated licenses (e.g., Windows 11 Pro, macOS) with physical/digital proof of license.
– Vendor must provide access to the latest official firmware, system BIOS, and driver software upon delivery.
– Deliveries must be completed within a specified timeframe (30 working days) from receipt of the Purchase Order (PO).
– Units found defective, damaged, or non-compliant upon initial inspection must be replaced at the vendor’s expense within 5–7 working days.
– 1 to 3 years comprehensive warranty on parts and labor for main units (laptops, desktops, drones, camera) and 6 to 12 months for accessories/peripherals (chargers, mice, monitors).
– Vendor must maintain an active local service center or authorized partner facility within the region for immediate RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processing.

The DA PRDP PSO-VISAYAS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid/quotation, to annul the bidding/quotation process, and to reject all bids/quotation at any time prior to contract/P.O. award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/supplier or bidders/suppliers.

3. Certificate of Registration (BIR Tin)
