1. The Government of the Philippines has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of the Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payment for the cost of the Technical Assistance (TA).

2. The DA PRDP-PSO Visayas I-REAP Component, hereunder referred to as the End User, now requests interested suppliers to submit Quotation of Prices for Procurement of Food, Venue and Accommodation for the participants during the conduct of Joint Technical Review (JTR) for the proposed subproject under PRDP Scale Up: Rice Processing Facility on September 29, 2026 to October 2, 2026 in Negros Occidental.

Day 1 (September 29, 2026)
42 pax 2 meals, 1 snack with Accommodation (Lunch, PM Snacks and Dinner with Accommodation)

Day 2 (September 30, 2026)
42 pax Full Board (3 meals and 2 snacks with accommodation)

Day 3 (October 1, 2026)
42 pax Full Board (3 meals and 2 snacks with accommodation)

Day 4 (October 2, 2026)
42 pax 2 meals and 2 snacks (Breakfast, Lunch, AM and PM Snacks)

Terms and Conditions:
-Breakfast: Rice, Egg, Frozen Food, Fish, Meat, milo/coffee/tea/milk
-Lunch/Dinner: Rice, 3 dishes, Fish/Pork/Beef/Chicken, Vegetable, Dessert and Drinks, Fresh Fruits, Buko Juice or Vegetable Juices

4. Quotation of Prices can also be emailed at psoprocurementvisayas2020@gmail.com not later than 8:00 A.M. of August 14, 2026. Only quotation proposals sent thru official email address will be accepted.

The DA PRDP PSO-VISAYAS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid/quotation, to annul the bidding/quotation process, and to reject all bids/quotation at any time prior to contract/P.O. award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/supplier or bidders/suppliers.

5. Please take note to attach the following supporting documents (photocopy is acceptable) when you pass/email your Quotation of Prices:

*Certificate of Registration (BIR Tin)
*Duly filled up and notarized Affidavit of Bidder (pls. see attached in “Associated Components” link)
