1. The Government of the Philippines has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of the Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payment for the cost of the Technical Assistance (TA).

2. The DA PRDP-PSO Visayas I-REAP Component, hereunder referred to as the End User, now requests interested suppliers to submit Quotation of Prices for Procurement of Food, Venue and Accommodation for the participants during the conduct of Joint Technical Review (JTR) for the proposed subproject under PRDP Scale Up: Dalaguete Highland Vegetables Consolidation, Packaging and Trading Enterprise on August 25-28, 2026 in Cebu City.

Day 1 (August 25, 2026)
45 pax Dinner with Accommodation

Day 2 (August 26, 2026)
45 pax Full Board (3 meals and 2 snacks with accommodation)

Day 3 (August 27, 2026)
45 pax Full Board (3 meals and 2 snacks with accommodation)

Day 4 (August 28, 2026)
45 pax 2 meals and 2 snacks (Breakfast, Lunch, AM and PM Snacks)

Terms and Conditions:
-Breakfast: Rice, Egg, Frozen Food, Fish, Meat, milo/coffee/tea/milk
-Lunch/Dinner: Rice, 3 dishes, Fish/Pork/Beef/Chicken, Vegetable, Dessert and Drinks, Fresh Fruits, Buko Juice or Vegetable Juices
-Snacks: Either of these: Spaghetti/Bihon Guisado/Lomi with Bread/Siopao/Sandwiches and Fresh Fruits, Buko Juice or Vegetable Juices

-Free use of Function Room, Podium, Microphones, Projector and Extension Cords during the whole duration of the activity
-With strong and Stable WiFi connection

4. Quotation of Prices can also be emailed at psoprocurementvisayas2020@gmail.com not later than 8:00 A.M. of August 6, 2026. Only quotation proposals sent thru official email address will be accepted.

The DA PRDP PSO-VISAYAS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid/quotation, to annul the bidding/quotation process, and to reject all bids/quotation at any time prior to contract/P.O. award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/supplier or bidders/suppliers.
