1. The Government of the Philippines has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of the Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payment for the cost of the Technical Assistance (TA).

2. The DA PRDP-PSO Visayas I-REAP Component, hereunder referred to as the End User, now requests interested suppliers to submit Quotation of Prices for Procurement of Food and Accommodation for the participants during the Participation to Trade Fair – Negros Island Coffee Fiesta 2026 on August 6-9, 2026 in Negros Occidental.

Day 1 (August 6, 2026)

Day 2 (August 7, 2026)
25 pax Full Board, Lunch, AM and PM Snacks (Packed)

Day 3 (August 8, 2026)
25 pax Full Board, Lunch, AM and PM Snacks (Packed)

25 pax Breakfast, Lunch and AM & PM Snacks – Lunch, AM & PM Snacks (packed)

Terms and Conditions:
-Breakfast: Rice, Egg, Frozen Food, Fish, Meat, milo/coffee/tea/milk
-Lunch/Dinner: Rice, 3 dishes, Fish/Pork/Beef/Chicken, Vegetable, Dessert and Drinks, Fresh Fruits or Vegetable Juices
-Snacks: Either of these: Spaghetti/Bihon Guisado/Lomi with Bread/Siopao/ Sandwiches and Fresh Fruits or Vegetable Juices

3. Quotation of Prices must be “SEALED” and delivered at the address below not later than 8:00 A.M. of July 30, 2026.

4. Quotation of Prices can also be emailed at psoprocurementvisayas2020@gmail.com not later than 8:00 A.M. of July 30, 2026. Only quotation proposals sent thru official email address will be accepted.

The DA PRDP PSO-VISAYAS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid/quotation, to annul the bidding/quotation process, and to reject all bids/quotation at any time prior to contract/P.O. award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/supplier or bidders/suppliers.

5. Please take note to attach the following supporting documents (photocopy is acceptable) when you pass/email your Quotation of Prices:

*Certificate of Registration (BIR Tin)
