1. The Government of the Philippines has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of the Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payment for the cost of the Technical Assistance (TA).

2. The DA PRDP-PSO Visayas GGU I-SUPPORT Component, hereunder referred to as the End User, now requests interested suppliers to submit Quotation of Prices for Procurement of Van Rental for the participants during the conduct of the Training on the Newly Enhanced PRDP Geocamera (Version 2.17) Application and Roll-out of the enhanced Geomapping System for the PRDP Visayas Cluster, Implementing Units and Contractors on August 4-7, 2026 in Province of Negros Occidental.

Day 1 (August 4, 2026)
4 unit Vehicle to transport from Bacolod-Silay Airport to Hotel
1 unit Vehicle to transport from Bredco Port to Hotel

Day 2 (August 5, 2026)
1 unit Standby Van

Day 3 (August 6, 2026)
5 unit Vehicle to transport from Hotel-Site (San Carlos, Murcia & EB Magalona) – Hotel

Day 4 (August 7, 2026)
4 unit Vehicle to transport from Hotel to Bacolod-Silay Airport
1 unit Vehicle to transport from Hotel to Bredco Port

3. Quotation of Prices must be “SEALED” and delivered at the address below not later than 8:00 A.M. of July 3, 2026.

4. Quotation of Prices can also be emailed at psoprocurementvisayas2020@gmail.com not later than 8:00 A.M. of July 3, 2026. Only quotation proposals sent thru official email address will be accepted.

The DA PRDP PSO-VISAYAS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid/quotation, to annul the bidding/quotation process, and to reject all bids/quotation at any time prior to contract/P.O. award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/supplier or bidders/suppliers.

5. Please take note to attach the following supporting documents (photocopy is acceptable) when you pass/email your Quotation of Prices:
