1. The Government of the Philippines has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of the Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payment for the cost of the Technical Assistance (TA).
2. The DA PRDP-PSO Visayas GGU I-SUPPORT Component, hereunder referred to as the End User, now requests interested suppliers to submit Quotation of Prices for Procurement of Food, Venue, and Accommodation for the participants during the conduct of the Training on the Newly Enhanced PRDP Geocamera (Version 2.17) Application and Roll-out of the enhanced Geomapping System for the PRDP Visayas Cluster, Implementing Units and Contractors on August 4-7, 2026 in Province of Negros Occidental.
Day 1 (August 4, 2026)
55 pax 2 meals, 2 snacks with Accommodation (Lunch, Dinner, AM Snacks, PM snacks with Accommodation)
Day 2 (August 5, 2026)
55 pax 3 meals, 2 snacks with Accommodation (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, AM snacks, PM snacks with Accommodation)

The DA PRDP PSO-VISAYAS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid/quotation, to annul the bidding/quotation process, and to reject all bids/quotation at any time prior to contract/P.O. award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/supplier or bidders/suppliers.
