LGU data encoders, investment planners update module on SIDLAN
by Ericson M. Guiao, PSO North Luzon InfoACE
Data encoders and investment planners from the Local Government Units (LGUs) across the four regions in the cluster participate in encoding sessions spearheaded by the DA – Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) North Luzon from November 4 – 7, 2025 in Angeles City.
The activity aims to fill the Project’s SIDLAN’s LGU Module with updated data and information on the non-PRDP-funded subprojects supporting priority commodities based on Provincial Commodity Investment Plans (PCIPs), ensuring completeness, accuracy, and efficiency of the required data.
PRDP staff from the I-PLAN Component and MEL unit provided technical assistance to the participants while consolidating feedback to enhance the system’s overall process.
PRDP’s SIDLAN serves as a critical tool for tracking project progress, managing reports, and streamlining data submission from LGUs. The system will also be utilized to support the Regional Agri-fishery Investment Portfolio (RAFIP) and other Project-related initiatives.
