RFQ PSO-VIS-GOODS-008-25 Lot-7_2025 SEMI-EXPENDABLES_RFQ

Awarding shall be done by LOT.

No item in a LOT shall be left blank, otherwise, the bid/quotation for the particular LOT is automatically disqualified.

All unit prices in all LOTs must be less than PhP 50,000.00 (for semi-expendable properties following COA Circular No. 2022-004 dated May 31, 2022), otherwise, the bid/quotation for the particular LOT is automatically disqualified.

Quotation of Prices must be “SEALED” and delivered at the address below not later than 5:00 P.M. June 11, 2025.

Quotation of Prices can also be emailed at psoprocurementvisayas2020@gmail.com not later than 5:00 P.M. of June 11, 2025. Only quotation proposals sent thru the official email address will be accepted.

The DA PRDP PSO-VISAYAS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid/quotation, to annul the bidding/quotation process, and to reject all bids/quotation at any time prior to contract/P.O. award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/supplier or bidders/suppliers.

Please take note to attach the following supporting documents (photocopy is acceptable) when you pass/email your Quotation of Prices:

1. Business Permit (Updated/Latest)
2. PhilGEPS Registration Certificate
3. Certificate of Registration (BIR Tin)
4. Duly filled up and notarized Affidavit of Bidder (pls. see attached form in “Associated Components” link)
